Przełączniki serii S1700 to energooszczędne przełączniki dostępowe nowej
generacji. Zapewniają łatwą instalację i utrzymanie oraz różne usługi, aby
pomóc użytkownikom w budowaniu bezpiecznych, niezawodnych i wydajnych
sieci. Przełączniki serii S1700 mogą być szeroko stosowane w scenariuszach
dostępu do sieci Ethernet, takich jak małe i średnie sieci Enterprise,
kafejki internetowe, hotele i szkoły.
Przełączniki z tej serii są prostymi przełącznikami zarządzanymi za
pośrednictwem GUI w przeglądarce lub CLI. Wszystkie urządzenia wyposażone
są w jeden wbudowany zasilacz. Część z przełączników oferuje funkcję PoE+
do zasilania np. Telefonów IP.
